I will point some Cuban American friends to this piece and check out their reactions. I might not agree with everything in this article but there is so much that I know is true just going by bits and pieces gathered over the years.

And whilst I understand that he served a CFR function of driving dithering South American oligarchs into the CFR's arms that's not to say that what he did was wrong or that he ought not to have bothered.
