GIRKIN & PUTIN & MH17

Igor Girkin (Igor Strelkov)

'Igor Girkin (Igor Strelkov) was Minister of Defense in Russia's Donetsk People's Republic.[4][5][6]

According to Wikipedia - 'Girkin was dismissed from his position in August 2014, after 298 people died when Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was shot down.

'Dutch prosecutors charged Girkin and three others with murder,[7][8][9] and issued an international arrest warrant against him.[10] (Allegedly) Girkin has admitted "moral responsibility" but denies pushing the button.'[11]

Did Ukrainian rebels really take credit for downing MH17? - Vox

17 Jul 2014 — A widely-circulated message from rebel commander Igor Strelkov (Igor Girkin) may have been fake.

(1) Strelkov's post, on the Russian social networking site VK, was quickly deleted. A later post appeared to blame Ukrainian government forces for shooting down the plane.

(2) The VK account may not actually be run by Strelkov at all.

BuzzFeed's Max Seddon spoke to eastern Ukrainian rebels who said the page "is a fake made by fans." If that's the case, it may be that Strelkov fanboys saw the plane go down, surmised (perhaps wrongly) that rebels had shot them down, and bragged about it on the VK page. It is also possible, to be fair, that the rebels were lying to Seddon about the VK page.

(3) Strelkov's post appeared to claim credit for shooting down not a civilian airliner but an Antonov AN-26, a two-prop transport plane that is often used by militaries in eastern Europe.

The AN-26 is 78 feet long; MH17 was a Boeing 777, which is 242 feet long. It's possible that rebels mistook the large Boeing 777 for a much smaller AN-26, especially from thousands of feet away. But this casts a bit further doubt on the idea that people fired on the airplane and then posted on VK about it; if someone fired on the plane they likely would have noticed it was a large jet and not a small-ish prop plane.

'Putin has arrested Igor 'Strelkov' Girkin, the hugely popular Russian nationalist hero of the 2014 Donbass rebellion, and leading voice recently in the 'Club of Angry Patriots' criticising the way Russian operations in Ukraine are being conducted

"Girkin said that if he was arrested, that meant that the patriots within the Russian government had lost and that the war was lost and that Russia would capitulate to the West."

Russian commenting on the troubling arrest of Igor Strelkov -

"It's became a tradition that any public Russian figure with a good conscience ends up in jail at some point in his life. That led up to a meme that becoming an ex-inmate is essential in a Russian political career."

Strelkov and the 'patriot doomers' believe that the Kremlin has been slow-walking the Ukraine conflict, in a covert alliance with Western elites for a globalist order that will not serve Russians, that is the 'surrender' he is talking about

Strelkov was laughing recently about Putin body doubles ... one in the Kremlin who is very fearful of germs, the Putin in photos sitting at the other end of a long table ... and another 'Putin' out in streets kissing members of the public and taking cheek-to-cheek selfies with them
