If 90%+ of 1% of Israel's arms supplies remains untouched, the material reality does not change for Israel in any way.

Although not the complete list of withdrawn licenses numbering 30, please see the attached list that will no longer be sent to Israel. What's clear is the strategic impact the missing inventory would have on the IDFs combat capabilities to effectively target the enemy. This is a clear sign from the UK that Israel will no longer be able to rely on the UK for military aid.
