This is quite serious in the USA, deception about one's military activities being technically a US crime in some cases, and very negative with much of the public
RFK Jr's running mate Nicole Shanahan is a shining star relative to both Vance and Walz
And re the presidential candidates -
Kamala Harris is avoiding direct interviews, apparently she struggles to speak in an effective way when not scripted
Donald Trump is having severe failing-faculties moments, sometimes freezing up, sometimes getting basics wrong, e.g., repeatedly saying he is running against 'Biden' still, rather than Kamala Harris
RFK Jr also continues to admit to odd things about his past
Not the only country in rough shape re leaders and elections, of course.
