  3. I’ve just found out recently, the supplement lithium orotate (the non-pharmaceutical form of lithium) can work miracles for remedying bipolar, depression, severe anxiety and mood swings. Take a look at the testimonials on Amazon.

Also in places where lithium is present in the water the rates of suicide, violence, drug-dependency and crime is greatly reduced. It seems to be a necessary trace element that is quite often lacking in our diet.

  9. Bingo another miraculous post by you guys. Yes lithium orotate is what I chose to take as an alternative but yes I am on 10 cloves of marinated garlic a day & hemp oil & seeds. No need to take any medications for years now. Bi-polar is a gift it enables you to draw together the threads of a story that others cannot see. It makes for a great spy as Frederick Forsyth wrote about eg: "Sometimes his brilliance amazed even himself. His only slight concern was whether readers would be able to follow all the twists and turns of such delicate plotting ..." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederick_Forsyth
