An abaya is basically a long dress. Designed to be stylish, comfortable and modest.
ReplyDeleteAlthough a mainstay of Islamic female attire, it isn't religious as such and considered fashion (to a degree). Essentially a long dress favoured by Muslim women.
Ironically, it would be interesting to see what would happen if a bloke turned up wearing something similar calling himself 'they/them'. No doubt the Clownworld apologists would be falling over themselves to accommodate 'said' abomination claiming a victory for inclusivity.
