Very poor customer service

Spoke to 2 different consultants about awesome trip to Mexico. Both promised to provide quotes within a week. I never heard from either of them again. I've no idea why they didn't want me as a customer but whatever the reason their approach was highly unprofessional and very bad manners. If younhaventhe choice avoid them at all costs.

Not what they used to be

Not what they used to be, have used them numerous times in the past, so contacted them several weeks ago for our next exotic trip, spoke to chap on phone who said someone would call us back. 3 weeks gone and no response so booked with someone else, so thats a £9k booking they've lost

Car rental booked to return to wrong city
Final itinerary details not received before we left for trip
One of hotels booked had many problems- most hotel services not operating
No airport transportation because Audley booked for the wrong day
Difficult to contact Audley representative during trip planning
Transportation to wine country experience overlooked – not booked
Refunds due for last minute cancelled tours not offered until we detail requested
