China - Middle East

Anonymous has left a new comment on the post 'Biden proposes conducting joint military planning with Israel on Iran':

There are things to criticise about China, but Beijing is doing some quasi-miracles, especially in the Middle East:

Saudi-Iran rapprochement

Syria's Assad meeting his neighbours again

war in Yemen being negotiated

... and China still speaking up for justice for Palestinians

This quite deep truth just now from China -

"When the shadow of the USA shrinks, then the light of peace spreads."

- Wang Wenbin, spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry, Beijing, China

  1. China ‘on a political journey’?

An alternative viewpoint is that China is an authoritarian state “on a political journey from ‘socialism with Chinese characteristics’ to ‘national-socialism’”

It is not necessarily the case that either perspective is wholly correct or wholly wrong.

  2. Once AIPAC China takes hold? Its policies will resemble America's. Unless China prevents typical inside soft coup that the jews are known for? The new respect and equal treatment for Muslims will not last...
