The US government has arrested Chinese exile billionaire Miles Guo aka Guo Wengui, who previously fled China in 2014 after being threatened with arrest there. Guo is now accused of running a large-scale fraud scheme.

However, Guo - closely linked to former Trump advisor Steve Bannon - had been releasing material alleging significant corruption of the Biden family, especially involving Hunter Biden, and bribery between the Biden family and the Beijing Chinese government.

Guo claimed that, at this meeting, Hunter asked Obama to accept China's massive militarisation of the South China Sea, and Obama agreed. Guo further claimed that Hunter transmitted this photo to China, along with his report, and shortly afterwards received $1 billion from China to one of his companies, with an unknown share perhaps going to Obama himself via some vehicle.
