ReplyDeleteI happened to be in Tesco Hyperstore at Edinburgh yesterday and doing the zombie apocalypse dreaded shopping trip. After watching everyone shuffling around in abject misery, decided to speak to a supervisor at the checkouts.
I asked her "as you and your colleagues are absolutely front line in this fiasco, how many staff have been hospitalised as a result?"
Okay, bit of a loaded question with the answer almost irrelevant. However, she answered rather enthusiastically "actually across the whole company, only 1". Further adding thankfully.
I added my own fake surprise for effect and responded. "I thought you would have been dropping like flies".
Evidently not though. Okay, not a scientific sample, however her assertions were clear and I imagine from a team brief or email intended to keep moral up.
Tesco and its staff (no slur intended) are not exactly the fittest bunch. On a poor diet, evidently little exercise etc and front line really should be dropping like flies.
Just my tuppence worth. Further more, hot off the press. Well maybe not the press but some early heads up, army reserves have been called up. Moved from standby to standto.

To be fair, sudden cardiac death from systematic inflammatory disease does seem to be a thing with this condition. I wouldn't be too quick to dismiss this as a nothingburger. Something nasty has been let loose in the world and time will reveal to who the benefits acrue.

The charges were subsequently dropped and a claim if insufficient evidence was the forthcoming explanation.

Exactly how Mr Starmer failed the public interest test and cited lack of evidence is anyone's guess.

I find the unseasonably warm and sunny weather since this thing started quite interesting. The sun tempts many to leave their homes despite the 'advice' not to, therefore providing the authorities and media with an excuse to shame or punish them, and ramp up the restrictions. The lack of rain at this critical planting time will have further dire consequences for food production, especially after such a wet winter when much food producing land was flooded for so long. This is even more true of the US where planting of wheat and corn is behind schedule. So strange really when all they have to do is tinker a bit with the jet-stream and we would get a few spring showers to help us along at this difficult time. But imagine the unrest and frustration if the weather were cold and wet right now? Do you keep the urbanites or the farmers happy? Or just further turns of the screw to ramp up the fear?

On the 5/4/2020 we are told the daily total is 708 with the over all total of 4,313 deaths and 41,903 confirmed cases and just an incredibly low 135 recoveries. These deaths are recorded on death certificates for anyone checking in the future.
But this is the big lie that is being repeated by the governments and the media.
If you dig a bit deeper you find that they admit that at least 80% of those that have died would have died anyway even without corona virus. So the daily death toll should have been 80% less a total 142 and the total death toll should have been 80% less a total of 863. These are the extra deaths due to corona virus.
Every winter there are extra deaths often more due to a corona virus called the common cold or the flue.
Then there are the confirmed cases of corona virus. How many have been tested for the specific COVID-19 rather than a more indirect test for any corona virus. We know China were using CT scans of the lungs and there other indirect tests.
We are told that the purpose of the lock down is to reduce the total deaths from a possible 500,000 to maybe less than 20,000.
The idea is to protect the most vulnerable so they do not get the virus and die. But as it is admitted that most will die within a short time. This can not drastically reduce the deaths from 500,000 to 20,000.
We are told the purpose of self isolation is to slow down the death rate so that NHS will not be overwhelmed.
But if mass quarantine could not stop the spread of the virus can self isolation stop the spread.

In my country, Romania, Amerlocs (Americans) have a few (at least officially) NATO military bases, most known being those from Deveselu and Kogalniceanu. These days, another one was opened close to Bucharest. Exactly what was missing. Like u know, wherever Amerloc military bases are, shit happens. In 2017, when I went to the seaside, from time to time black helicopters were flying over us and I kept asking where the hell did they come from. Recently I have found the answer: from the Amerloc bases.

ReplyDeleteIt seems that the Jewish faith of Keir Starmer's wife *was* reported prior to the end of the Labour leadership contest... but only in a very, very small way.
Apparently Starmer made an 'off-hand' comment on the subject of his wife's faith during the TV hustings compered by Jewish broadcaster Robert Peston at St John's Wood Synagogue (the same synagogue attended by Keir Starmer's family).
But it appears that, at the time (February), only a couple of *special-interest Jewish publications* included the revelation in their printed reports.
The mainstream newspapers ignored it (buried it), from what I can see.
The fact of Starmer's wife's faith was not intended for non-Jewish Labour members to dwell on, prior to voting, apparently.
By contrast, for Zionists in the New Labour wing, the revelation about Starmer's Jewish connections presumably sealed the deal as far as their backing for him.
