Why does this remind me of Jack Dorsey?

In a Buddhist monastery in Myanmar meditates a billionaire --- all provided by the charity of others.

A man of suffering who speaks of his pain sitting on a concrete floor --- while the Muslim Rohinga are murdered and chased from their homes.

A humble man telling everyone on Earth how he used only his Apple watch and Oura ring --- when asked by his host to forsake all technology.

In his ascetic suffering, under the crushing weight of his money and the icy cold of his oblivious heartlessness.

On the cusp of enlightenment.

...

A serene awareness of the now and the world is not nirvana.

This is merely awareness of yourself as a conscious being in the world.

Quiet awareness of the world, the dissolution of the self, where you care for all people, all beings and feel for them.
Where the walls between the self and the other fall away. Where you is extinguished.
Become no-one. And everyone. And everything.

What makes you special in this world?

It is not consciousness. Even a killing machine can be conscious. It is your heart.

---
I believe the heart of the tree knows which way it has to grow.
  Trees don't have hearts.
Everything has a heart.
