"The Hawaiian tradition teaches that all life is connected.
"Ho’oponopono is, therefore, not only a way of healing ourselves, but others and our world as well."
– Timothy Freke.
Dr. Hew Len's saying: "I didn't heal these patients, I healed part of myself that created them…"

"The main objective of Ho'oponopono is getting to "the state of Zero, where we have zero limits. No memories. No identity."[42]
"Dr Hew Len believed that we are responsible for everyone's actions, not only for one's own.
"Total Responsibility, according to Hew Len, advocates that everything exists as a projection from inside the human being."[46]

Why You Should Be Aware of Quantum Physics – John Assaraf
"Everything you see in our physical world started as an idea, an idea that grew as it was shared and expressed, until it grew enough into a physical object through a number of steps.
"You literally become what you think about most.
"Your life becomes what you have imagined and believed in most.
"The world is literally your mirror, enabling you to experience in the physical plane what you hold as your truth … until you change it.
"Quantum physics shows us that the world is not the hard and unchangeable thing it may appear to be.
"Instead, it is a very fluid place continuously built up using our individual and collective thoughts.
"What we think is true is really an illusion, almost like a magic trick.
"Fortunately we have begun to uncover the illusion and most importantly, how to change it..."

"He focused on healing himself and, miraculously, it ended up transforming an entire hospital of both staff and patients!"

"Dr. Hew Len ... always seemed happy and at ease, and everyone at the hospital liked him...
"Hamaguchi and Oliveira confirmed that as the years went by even some of the most severely ill patients in the unit appeared to be getting better, and the entire unit seemed to be 'coming alive' – even the plants were thriving...
"Things and people were all around more functional. They also noted that Dr. Hew Len had shared some of his ho'oponopono techniques with the staff."

According to Hew Len, everything exists as a projection from inside the human being. [45]
How can you be responsible for 9/11 or the French Revolution?
Dr. Hew Len believes that we are responsible for everything that we experience; our minds, shaped by our present life and past lives, creates our world.
In order for things to improve, you must take total responsibility for everything in the world.
To get the power to change things for the better, Dr. Hew Len instructs that you repeatedly say to the 'Divine':
"I am sorry," "please forgive me," "thank you," and "I love you."
"Problems that show up in our lives are merely reminders of old 'memories' that need to be healed.
"And the memories are ancient as well, having been passed down through generations of our families and ancestors. And we pick up memories like we do viruses."

Dr. Len's story
"The psychologist Dr. Hew Len would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness.
"As he improved himself, the patient improved.
"Dr. Len never saw patients.
"He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself.
"As he worked on himself, patients began to heal.
Dr. Len's story
"After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely," he told me.
"Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed." I was in awe. "Not only that," he went on, "but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared.

"I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again," he explained...

Very similar to The Jesus Prayer of the Eastern church, 'Lord Jesus Christ Son Of God, have mercy on me, a sinner'
ReplyDeleteThank you, this is lovely material
ReplyDeleteAnd a nice angle on that ancient spiritual question, 'How is there evil and suffering in the world if God / the divine is loving and wonderful? Why would God make bad evil beings, or allow bad things to happen?'
From the Asian religious perspective - where we are all divine and part of 'God' - there is an answer, also seemingly reflected in Ho' o pono pono
If we all are 'god', we all 'made' what exists ... including what is or seems painful and tragic
The divine by nature creates, a flower of beings ... we beings have 'freedom' ... but the freedom both goes awry ... and also creates special opportunity to show love and goodness
Asian religions are about finding our way 'back' to a fuller divinity ... with confidence 'we' (in many ways a kind of illusion) will all get there eventually
Finding our way 'back' to fuller divinity, means we re-build and re-create the universe, we start to sweep away what is not good ... we often exercise those divine powers in close proximity to ourselves ... Dr Hew Len at the hospital, for example
All our good acts and thoughts change the universe, no effort of goodness is wasted, even if we do not seem to see the good results at the moment
Talk and writing about things like Ho' o pono pono, help point the way
--
Charming aspect of languages in the Pacific island regions, is to have a plural not by adding an -s or similar, but by simple repetition - 'pono pono' - to signify 'more' or 'greater'
This can be somewhat natural to small children, who will at times say something twice, 'choca choca' for lots of chocolate
The following are code(s)- there are more but this particular one applies now here) came up years ago - when writing about ´inner´ experiences´ ´I´ went through:
ReplyDeleteM.E.-X-I-CO
M= Memory
E= Expectations
X: the pyramid of which the Apex is your very own crown chakra.
The Crown Chakra is called in Sanskrit the Brahmarandre.
Remember it acts as a symbol, a ball (in this respect every human body)is a ´samen balling´ - in Dutch clenching of the entire cosmic space.
Con-sciousness, in this respect, your unbounded I-consciousness, not your skin encapsuled ego consciousness.
It is what JC (other Truth Seers have other terminologies for this) calls the Son (Daughter) of God.
A Son of (Wo)Man naturally becomes the Son of God when the brahmara (=bee in Sanskrit) of attention is drawn to the Brahmarandre (the Crownchakra) via the (je)-sushumna/di.
The bee is 24/7 in search of honey. From flower to flower the bee zooms forth. No honey, no bee. And every body´s (mental-emotional) attention is naturallemente (ik leer het al aardig dat Spanish) drawn to happiness.
The sushumna is the middle channel , the Ida & Pingala are the other two.
They act as if as ´thieves´ from the Greater Glory that God (S/He –It) has in store for every child born on this Sacred Earth.
I see the historical happening of the JC crucifixion between 2 thieves at Golgotha as symbolic for this possible, potential inner process in every human being.
The Cube when opened is the Cross.
The average Son of (wo/man) whatever the geographical , social (political, economical) place s/he is situated in, is caught up in the working of the two channels that are functioning to give the ego-I-sense (centered somewhere in the physical mechanism, in the physical skull & heart).
Without a skull the body stops functioning & also without heart.
Other bodily parts in these satanic robotic times are replacable.
The sadistic XXXL pathological brains behind these unhealthy trends- the Apex-apes of the Judas-sick parc- are acting as chickens without heads. Their days are numbered.
Their Game is Over.
Let the Divine Play which never started nor will it ever end be open to the attention of every wo/man born in Theater/Earth.

Btw I:
DeleteGolgotha means skullplace.
Brahm or Brahman is pure Being.
It is commonly regarded as the Impersonal Principle:
IT = Immanent & Transcendent
But it is (and must be) simultaneously Very Personal (S/HE).
The omnipresent canvas painting the tableau vivant of Life.
Otherwise - in case it would be only an impersonal principle it would equate with the Ain Soph principle of the satanic cabalists (or any group or individual of that kind). Get there & do what you like.
(Btw II: their whole ´do what you like´ axiom - ignorant of Gods AXUM- means actually, destroy every one & everything ad infinitum).
Every body is a creative expression of IT. The human body is - well Jefferson Airplane just flies by- the Crown of Creation.
The human body when fully operative as God designed it is the diffuser of the Eternal Unity in its Eternal Diversity.
In the Rig Veda the Mysterious One (S/He = I.T.) Paramatma (the All-Soul) is called the Author of Creation.
We all are asielzoekers (asylumseekers)in de Al-Ziel (All-Soul, in Dutch) zoekers. Asylumseekers in the All-Soul.

Hawaiians are related to the other Polynesian races of the Pacific. I live in New Zealand where of course the Maori come from. People tend to think that native races are wise, are spiritual etc etc etc. I read in a primary (elementary for US readers) school book when I worked in a school library that the Maori in NZ not only killed off the people who originally lived in NZ, but they also killed off a great percentage of the country's flora and fauna as well (I can't remember the percentage now, but it was ridiculous).
ReplyDeleteNZ also has the highest rates of child mortality in the Western world. This is down to extremely high child abuse mainly from the Maori and Polynesian groups on NZ. So ... not so greatly spiritual when it comes down to it.
There are truths that are hard to swallow. These are just some of them. Take native people's spirituality with a grain of salt like Christians, Jews, and Muslims. Look past the silly spirituality, and see the real core of the people involved. Man is a violent beast, and no new age spirituality is going to change that for a very long time.
Rather than espousing anything profound - I'll keep it simple. Your ramblings are nothing short of delusional.
DeleteYour ability to blame the Maori people for wiping out an 'unknown' indigenous race and destroying the wildlife in New Zealand is truly laughable. The only people ever to have behaved in that fashion would be the white genocidal invaders from Europe - like everywhere else they invaded.
You say you got this material from a childs' book. I'm fairly certain you did. No doubt it would be authored by the same invaders that genocided the locals.
Equally, you ask the reader to "Look past the silly spirituality", adding "no new age spirituality is going to change..."
The Abrhamic faiths are very old and the Pacific islanders equally old, if not even older.
I think it's fair to say, rather than ignoring some of the greatest minds and the very best of people that people of faith and Pacific Islanders have produced. I'd rather ignore the insane ramblings of an individual who gathers his worldly knowledge from a childs book written by genocidal parasites.
I don't normally comment negatively on other people's comments. However, on this occasion your child like dribblings needed challenged.
Aangirfan has shined a light on minority faith groups, ancient civilisations and their relationships with the divine and how the world is shaped in ways most can barely comprehend. This is clearly way beyond your 'ego' or 'false self'.
As a devout practitioner of one of the Abrhamic faiths you frivolously dismiss, I extend my salutations to all people of faith and divinity.
The material presented on this occasion relating to the Hawaiians is truly excellent and will no doubt only resonate with people who can see past their 'ego' and 'fake self.
Peace to the humans.
