His linkedin profile says he was a police man in Thames Valley force Sept 1992 to Sept2001. His Wikipedia entry says he got a bravery award during this time period. His OBE dates from 2013 so his OBE is NOT his bravery award. There is no record of where, when or why he got the bravery award. For the record I believe he has earned a bravery award. I wonder why he is so modest about it.
