Col. Wilkinson sounds like a decent guy. A liberal who may have been a sensible Republican, and certainly not a neoliberal. He sees ISIS as a terrorist organization that needs to be stopped, so he certainly is not in with those sections of the CIA, and the US aristocracy, that support ISIS.
It's good to see that there are people at the top that are good people. There might be more of them. We need a massive peace movement now, and we might get backing from people like Col. Wilkinson. Bernie Sanders let us down.
It's interesting because he believes the propaganda that the US spreads peace and freedom to the world. Lots of people in the army believe this, there's a genuine want to do good. If they get the truth we could have a peaceful revolution on our hands.

Think: 600 billion builds and staffs for 30 years 200 state of the art hospitals. If the US spent the money that way, say 100 in Iraq, 40 in Afghanistan, 50 in Pakistan, 10 in somewhere else, THIS YEAR, paid for for 30 years! Then next year.......you decide!
