Jennifer Bush.
Kathy Bush's daughter, Jennifer, by the age of 8, had undergone 40 surgeries and spent over 640 days in hospitals [61] for gastrointestinal disorders.
Hillary Clinton championed Kathy Bush.
However, in 1996, Kathy Bush was arrested and charged with child abuse. [61]
Jennifer was moved to foster care where she quickly regained her health.
Jennifer currently claims that her mother was not abusive.
The prosecutors said that Kathy suffered from the syndrome known as Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (Factitious Disorder)

Lisa Hayden-Johnson (above) claimed that her son suffered from a long list of illnesses including diabetes, food allergies, cerebral palsy and cystic fibrosis.
She received numerous cash donations and charity gifts, including two cruises. [60]
Eventually she was jailed, after subjecting her son to a total of 325 medical actions - including being confined to a wheelchair and being fed through a tube in his stomach.
...
British paediatrician David Southall, and his team, used covert video recorders to monitor the hospital rooms of suspected Munchhausen-Syndrome victims.
In two cases parents were seen attempting to poison a child.
In one case, a mother deliberately broke her 3-month-old daughter's arm.
Those 39 patients, ages 1 month to 3 years old, had 41 siblings; 12 of those had died suddenly and unexpectedly.[53]
Sometimes a mother will try to make her child mentally ill.
...
In Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy, a mother, or caregiver, tries to make the child mentally or physically ill.
It is said that the mother is trying to gain attention, or sympathy, from others.[1]
The way human nature works can be as follows:
1. Hillary bullies Mary.
Mary wants to see things re-balanced.
But, Hillary is too strong to be attacked
So Mary then bullies her innocent little child.
Mary wants to see things re-balanced.
But, Hillary is too strong to be attacked
So Mary then bullies her innocent little child.
Hillary is much admired in the community.
Mary has a weak character, has a sense of inferiority, and has been taught to respect her betters.
2. The Powers-That-Be carry out the 9 11 attacks; the American public want revenge; so the American public decide that a lot of innocent children in far away countries should be massacred.

In cases of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, there is a mortality rate of between 6% and 10% of victims, making it perhaps the most lethal form of abuse. [6][7]
Research shows that the victims are often smothered or die of starvation.
Research shows that the victims are often smothered or die of starvation.
The victims are also said to suffer from such problems as 'not eating', seizures (17.5%), cyanosis (blue skin) (11.7%), asthma (9.5%) and bleeding.[6][8]
7% of the survivors suffered long-term or permanent injury.
The mother was the perpetrator in 76.5% of the cases, the father in 6.7%.[7]
Assaults on the victim tend to be unprovoked and planned.[9]
Intellectual.
Mothers with Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy exhibit certain symptoms -
They appear to be unusually calm when the child is suffering.
They appear emotionally distant from their emotionally disengaged husbands.
They have an insatiable need for sympathy and attention.
Their emotionally disengaged husbands rarely visit the sick child in hospital.
They constantly create crises.

There are rare syndromes that doctors have difficulty diagnosing. I have seen parents wrongly accused of Munchausen by Child Protective agencies.

An ancient and well-tested tradition of blaming the mother in case something happened to a child.
