4th Dimension Explained By A High-School Student

  1. Did it give you a better understanding of the fourth dimension? I'm confused. The fact that all the dimensions are slightly curved is interesting, though. And I did understand how we can only see things in 2D in our three dimensional word. But things got spookier after that.

  3. There are other videos out there on the 4th dimension and even 10 and 11 dimensions. Scientists say they exist. In these dimensions things can go back in time, and maybe we can go back in time too. These two videos have got me going that maybe there is a spiritual dimension to our lives?

The first video is short where a young boy describes how he was murdered in his past life. He describes things so perfectly that the police investigate. A body is dug up from a shallow grave. The way the man was murdered fits exactly the boys description. The boy even names the murderer, the police arrest him and he confesses to the murder. He goes to prison.

This documentary is good too, but is 45 minutes long.

  4. The holographic Universe. String theory tells us that there is no matter, only strings of energy. The maths fits perfectly with Einstein's theory of relativity and quantum physics - the unified theory, or the theory of everything. But from this the maths and physical experiments shows that our universe is actually a hologram. Everything there is and has ever been, and will ever be, is all information on a flat 2D surface of pure energy. Physical particles only appear when we observe things. Buildings and streets only come into existence when we turn to look at them.

I never knew how good holograms were now. They can project 3D images of people on stage and they can interact with the audience, even though the real person may be hundreds of miles away. A new tech company has designed conference rooms so that people from all over the world can get together and chat in a room as holographic images and they will all look entirely real to each other. Each person, though, could be hundreds of miles away from each other.

Very soon it might be possible to protect deceased stars like Frank Sinatra back on stage singing his old songs.

If all the information about our world exist only as energy on a two dimensional plane, now imagine this? The two dimensions means there is a Y dimension and a X dimension only. A square. Now turn the square around until it lies flats. Don't forget it has no third dimension. If we now look at the square and turn it on its side it simply disappears because it has no upward third dimension. In this way it has no space to exist in.

Now this is the really good bit. All information about our universe exist as energy on a 2D plane. Waves of energy only become matter when it is observed. This observation can be by a mechanical device, as they do in experiments, or it can be by life forms. But all information throughout time exists in this 2D plane. In physics all time is here at once, past and present exist together, only living things sense time going by. Could one we day be able to travel back in time by going into an hologram and then finding the energy of another part of time which we can then we can move into? We won't really be physically there, and we won't be able to alter anything, but we could relive and view what happened.

    Weird stuff, eh!

Watch this amazing documentary for more on this.
