It seems to me that this Paul Bracchi that they unchained for this article is Dailymail's 'Ptibull' on cases they feel blight's London's good name. A simple cursory search indicates this ( http://muckrack.com/paul-bracchi ):
How an army of well meaning meddlers drove a troubled mother to kill her three children Football rapist Ched Evans is free but now it's his victim who is a prisoner of fear
These along with the current title paints a pretty good picture of why this 'gentleman' received this assignment, he was probably told to put away ALL journalistic integrity and go for the throat. Mindless goat. The most interesting aspect to Dailymail journalism revealed here is that they feel they can TOTALLY smear and defame just as long as a court has already ruled. Since when does this allow a journalist to shelve all professional requirements when reporting on a story objectively, I think we may have an admission that the Dailymail covers for the UK Government and the 'Status Quo'.
Paul Bracchi and his ilk are sad sad tools that need to be sharpened.

This article, used in conjunction with your photo of the Sunday Express article on Jimmy Savile In Satanic Abuse Ring, could bring Savile right into the same circles as this alleged abuse ring. This could explain the brazen and self righteous approach by the residents of Hampstead, are they actually telling us you have no idea how deep this thing goes?
Outrageous reporting. Sadly many have bought the judge's alarming decision, which made no reference to three paediatricians' medical reports which clearly indicated these children were most definitely telling the truth about having been sexually abused. Dreadful.
